Pre-Order + TOS
When you place an order for an item labeled as a PRE-ORDER from our store, please be aware that you are agreeing to purchase a product that may take up to a month for delivery.
This timeline allows us to secure funding for the products before they are ordered. Thank you for your understanding!

• I am not responsible for the usage of your money, and will not accept refunds/returns reasons other than what is listed. You may cancel your order within 24hrs if need be.
[ Pre-Order timeline/process: ]
• Customer places order (you are charged immediately)
• Seller receives funds to purchase items (1-5 days)
• Seller orders items (1-2 days)
• Manufacturer production (7-15 days)
• Manufacturer ships items (10-15 days)
• Seller receives items, weighs, and packs orders (5-10 days)
• Seller sends out packages (1-5 days)
• Customer receives their item in a pink bubble mailer (3~9 days depending on location/shipping)
ETA: 40-60 days (1-2 Months)
Shipping
[ Orders ]
• Once the limited quantity of an item is all purchased, that item will not be restocked until all the orders for that item are shipped out.
• Once the customer orders an item, they are consenting to wait on the production/shipping time as stated before receiving their item(s)
• Orders are handled in batches, not by singles. So expect a wider window for packages to arrive.
• Bundle orders are prone to have increased shipping cost, due to the package weight.
• Untracked shipping options are only valid for 1 lightweight item at a time. If you want 3 lightweight items, it will count as a bubble mailer bundle.
• Please do not exploit this by ordering 1 item at a time separately, you will be blacklisted.
[ Manufacturer / USPS ]
• I’m not in control of the shipping time it takes to receive the packages from my manufacturer. If there are any delays or problems, you can expect an update on my socials + email.
• Shipping costs through USPS depend on your location, and I do not set these rates. I only manage the service and its base price.
• Please note that any production or shipping delays are beyond my control. I cannot expedite your package beyond the estimated shipping time(ETA) provided by Shopify.
[ Shipping ]
• Once we receive the items, it will take a week to pack everything, and will send it out the next business day in batches.
• You will receive a tracking number for your package once I drop it off at the post office via email.• The tracking number will also show up in your account that you logged in with on the website
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
All items are inspected by me, I am not responsible for the damages that occur during shipping. I want to minimize returns as much as possible!

• Returns are not accepted with zero reason or proof that the product is damaged.
• Returns are available for orders over $15
• Please email us a picture of the item, box, and shipping label to start a refund/return/exchange.
• 30 day return window
[ Refunds/Returns/Exchanges ]
• If somehow your items get damaged in shipping, some options are available.
1. No refund: Customer keeps the product if they don’t mind the minor damages.
2. Full refund: The Customer ships back the product in the same box, and does not receive any item.
3. Full refund by adding store credit to the Customer’s account equal to the amount paid. (recommended for international.)
4. Exchange: The customer ships back the product, and the seller will ship back a replacement in the same box.
• Most shipping carriers do not charge extra for using the original packaging as long as it's suitable for the return shipment. The shipping fee will not be refunded.
• Generally, you can return a USPS package for free using the USPS Parcel Return Service (PRS). PRS allows customers to return merchandise to merchants without paying postage.
• I am not responsible for any extra shipping fees paid in your Location.

• Price points are justified by the art, labor, time, shipping supplies, cost to order from the manufacturer, seller fees, and making trips to the USPS store(gas).

• Luxury items such as art and accessories are NOT a necessity, so if you can’t purchase an item, that’s okay!
• Please do not insult the price points given to each item, I did my very best to make them as affordable as possible, while also making sure I don’t go negative.
